THIS. THIS is the only way ill listen to KOL and ive spent years trying to find a playlist i like. My latest attempt yielded great results.

1. The Butcher
2. Lotus Flower
3. These Are My Twisted Words
4. Morning Mr. Magpie
5. The Daily Mail
6. (Ocean) Bloom {Radiohead x Hans Zimmer - from blue planet 2}
7. Staircase
8. Little By Little
9. Separator
10. Give Up the Ghost
11. Codex (i like the outro of this to much to not make it the closer)

all i removed was Feral. the song wasnt necessary.

KOL is a stellar record. They were immense on that tour too. Lotus Flower, Codex and Bloom, for example, are immense.

These Radiohead rankings are so predicable. They always end with OKC and start with PH. Personally, I’d place OKC at number 3 or 4

The Bends and In Rainbows are the ones that I come back to. The other stuff, not so much.
"There's nothing wrong with U2. As far as I'm concerned, I've stolen from Larry Mullen's career for years. Without Larry, I wouldn't be able to stomp and sing, it'd be difficult. I mean I owe debts to the Bhundu Boys, Larry Mullen, Stewart Copeland. They're good players, and they're great songwriters" - Gary "Reni" Wren, drummer, The Stone Roses reunion press conference, 18/10/2011

"I'd just like to put on record that that's bobbins" - Ian Brown, singer, ditto

Yeah. They often pop-up on series I watch.

I did mention in the past that scene in Yellowjackets. Chilling moment. Perfect song.

But for me, the best use I’ve seen was on The Handmaid’s Tale. Street Spirit it was, in a haunting and tragic scene that you just can’t forget.

As for Westworld (fascinating series, btw) it’s because the composer of the score, Ramin Djawadi, is a huge Radiohead fan. He’s a fantastic composer and makes beautiful covers.

Prime example of perfectly matching a song with a closing scene.

Take a break from yawning when listening to the smile, and check out TY's new soundtrack single 'Knife Edge'. It's not quite as good as his work for the film, 'Suspiria', but it's a major improvement on the endless Radiohead-lite noodling the smile specialise in.

Had to figure he'd picked that one. Are you familiar with the alternative tracklisting he proposed after the album's relative failure?

Makes for a much better listen, I'd say.

i dont think its better and im sick of hearing it was a "failure" cuz it was slightly more pop than the previous 2.

You mean you disagree with the alternate tracklisting? Fair enough

I too am sick of the album being called a "failure." It was Radiohead turning political, which to that point they never quite had. And yet the politicism is suble, so even those who disagree with the band's stances could enjoy belters like Where I End and You Begin... it's technically my favorite Radiohead record of the 2000s, if you don't count Kid A. And technically 2000 was part of the 19th century anyway, so I'll just use that excuse  :P
