Say what you will about Green Day, but American Idiot was an absolutely magnificent record, the sheer audacity and the scale of the ambition of it and frankly a lot of bands trade under a banner of "being political"....American Idiot was fucking political - and more subtly so than the sledgehammer singles suggested.

Still not sure about this song or band, but I'm watching this right now and holy fucking shit. Impressive enough for 2 people even before the singing starts, but once the vocals enter at 2:05...man, words fail me. The section beginning at 5:45 just defies belief. How tf can the drummer/vocalist project like that while playing drums like that?!!
