What song coulda been a contendah?

We know which songs they chose as singles. Some were excellent choices. Some were… not.

Which song(s) do you think could have been some level of hit if they had treated them accordingly? Not necessarily huge hits, but at least some traction.

Not asking about what you think are the best songs, but the ones that could have caught some mass appeal.

She’s a Mystery has hit written all over it.

Red Hill Mining Town could have been big if it received a push.

And the surprise one is If You Wear That Velvet Dress. Maybe not as a traditional single, but if they had tied it into a movie and made a cool video, I think it could have got some traction.

Didn't give a shit about u2 back then honestly i was more into Depeche Mode and found u2 to be somewhat boring.   ;D

Honestly, the only reason I know is that I used to have the collection of four TJT singles iin 45rpm format.

Oh, also Bono wore a slay hat for one frame in a Statue of Liberty pose that I guess is the video.
