I was slightly drunk when I posted this to talkU2 but I am proud of getting straight A scores in my family health and Healthcare Scholarly Inquiry classes!

so you forgot something I have a genetic mutation on MTHFR gene, I can't change the Folic Acid to methofolate well, so i take double the amount, and I convert enough for good eye sight and whatever else the Bs do
