Only to the extent that its ancestral forms, the blues, country, folk, or gospel, were Satanic.  Ie. not at all, really.  It took those things and pushed them to and sometimes behind the edge of total dissonance, total chaos.  There is beauty in dissonance, but only when it stays poised on that very edge of not quite collapsing.

I digress.  Actually, to fairly answer this thread question, I would have to know what you mean by the word Satanic.
