Rejoice !

I think it’s a growner. I can totally hear Arctic Monkeys playing that sort of tune.
A dangerous idea that almost makes sense...

All of the above?  :P

Usually I would put Stranger In A Strange Land or Brick for most underrated, but I went with Is That All? because I think it works very well as a closer and the only time I see it discussed is in the context of 'worst song on October'. It isn't a lyrical masterpiece or a lesson in compositional complexity, but it's a great addition to the raw energy and atmosphere I love about the whole album.

I am not sure how this category can exist, since I have no idea what opinion the other 8billion people on the planet think about October.

However, I would imagine SIASL might be under appreciated by the average u2 fan, as it’s not bombastic claptrap unlike, for example, pride.

Exactly. We’re asking which song you believe is generally under appreciated by the fans on the album.

A legitimate question, IMHO.

Rejoice

I agree and voted Rejoice as my fav, but for underrated I chose With a Shout. People shit on it because Bono sings about explicitly Christian themes, but it's a great tune with killer drums. It was even good live.

It was played on the October tour, but not a lot.

You are making no sense, Martin. How the hell would I know, much less care, which songs are under appreciated by other U2 fans?

The question is a shambles.

First of all, I always make sense. It’s one of the basic laws of the known universe.

Secondly, if it’s too difficult for you to participate in the underrated votes, then just let it be. We’ll manage.

I don’t see how Tomorrow is at all underrated amongst serious U2 fans. It already won the best song poll.
