I know it's kind of a fav, but I hate this song so much. The chorus and music are fine, but the lyrics (and their delivery) are the kind of thing I'd be embarrassed about if the song came on out in the wild.
Listen as Hope and Peace try to rhyme,
Listen over marching bands playing out their time.

I went to a TV show where U2 were performing. That was the first time they did this in France. 2009.

Of course, Boots was scheduled since it was the single but rumour came that they were going to play another song off the album… I started to get excited !

Then they came up with Breathe… that was a major let down, to be frank.



It was still good to see the band up close and shake hands but I would have loved for them to play NLOTH for instance.
