Now then from Lincolnshire, England

Now then folks, Marvinho here. I've made the jump like many of you from @U2. Been a U2 fan and record collector since the late ish 80s. First time I saw them was in 1993 at Roundhay Park, Leeds on the Zooropa tour and I've been trying to get to every tour since then. Favourite album is The Joshua Tree and favourite era is the 80s.
See you around.

Welcome....Roundhay '97.

The high peak of u2 shows I have seen.

I always knew you'd come round to agreeing with me that Popmart was a better tour than Zoo TV

Welcome....Roundhay '97.

The high peak of u2 shows I have seen.

Quite possibly the best show I ever been to. Only really rivalled by Prince's tiny show in Manchester or Rolling Stones at Glastonbury.

Yep - "it's all big hats and giant lemons!". He also said something like "the last time here was the best on the tour". Also at the 93 Roundhay concert Bono said something like "This makes Wembley Stadium look like a bowling green". I went to both Roundhay shows - Zooropa and Popmart and have yet to see anything that equals either from any other band. Don't think I ever will to be fair.
