U2 to Cover You, You to Cover U2…

… that is the question.

Q: What song by another artist do you think U2 would cover well?
A: Whenever I hear “Now Or Never Now” by Metric, I have heard a great U2 cover alongside it in my mind.

Q: What U2 song do you think another band would cover well?
A: I’ve always thought “Stand Up Comedy” was U2 doing a poor Red Hot Chili Peppers cover. Where in my mind I can hear RHCP doing an above average version of SUC. 

I’d like to hear Bob Marley cover Stuck in a Moment. And no, I don’t want to hear the AI version.

I think the 1984 U2 would do a a killer version of Once Upon a Time by Simple Minds. And Bono could do all the singing, including the female part.
