Wow! ShadowMac, that is awesome!

My favorite gift...a gift certificate for a massage from one of my dog-sitting customers.

I didnt get any gifts. Didnt even have a Xmas Dinner. As my kids were having Xmas at home with their Mum. Was kinda relying on the Chinese Takeaway being open, but both close to me were shut....so, xmas dinner for me...was a fried Egg roll. Im kinda used to this sort of Xmas Day now. The Last 14 yrs been pretty much the same. I just plodded on tho...as you do. I must admit, Id luv to be a part of a Family on Xmas Day, its not often i feel im missing out.

Smee, you are definitely a firm member of our family here.  Hope you gave a U2 album or two a few spins on Christmas Day.  I seem to remember you like the old stuff best.

Yeah....thanx, i do feel part of the gang on here. I was off and on atu2 since about 2008, so got to know a few peeps thro those times.
As for u2....i honestly really like 13 and a half of the albums they have released....so im kind of spoilt for choice when it comes to u2. But it is also true to say, that ALL my fave u2 albums, were done prior to year 2000. I can still happily listen to albums after that point, but, those days prior to 2000, just were the best of times, in life in general :)

Sorry for the lonely Christmas, Smee.
I was lucky enough to get two Christmases in, one in Oregon with my family and then one in Cornwall with just my wife and her mum.  Have to say i love Christmas in Cornwall or England in general with Boxing Day, figgy pudding,
Queen's speech, the Christmas specials including the Big Fat Quiz of the Year, Christmas crackers (hats!) and etcetera.  Got lots of good books, some clothes i'll never wear, and two calendars- Classic Pin-up girls for my office at home and Basset Hounds for my office at work.
