Oireland, in 1979. Very repressive. Almost a fascist dictatorship.

Is that Bono and the Edge smoking at the prop table in the background?

Bono: “I’ve always sort of thought of myself as a black woman…”

Bono: “I’ve always sort of thought of myself as a black woman…”

I could imagine him saying something like that for real.

"In a sense, the Irish of Cedarwood Road were the blacks of northside Dublin".

"There's nothing wrong with U2. As far as I'm concerned, I've stolen from Larry Mullen's career for years. Without Larry, I wouldn't be able to stomp and sing, it'd be difficult. I mean I owe debts to the Bhundu Boys, Larry Mullen, Stewart Copeland. They're good players, and they're great songwriters" - Gary "Reni" Wren, drummer, The Stone Roses reunion press conference, 18/10/2011

"I'd just like to put on record that that's bobbins" - Ian Brown, singer, ditto

"Do you not get it, lads? The Irish are the blacks of Europe. And Dubliners are the blacks of Ireland. And northside Dubliners are the blacks of Dublin. So say it once and say it loud: I'm black and I'm proud."

Being the younger brother, Bono must have had the box room at the front of the house.  Gets up, puts his clothes on, brushes his teeth, and then it's down the stairs and out the door to school.

The future is bright at Everton FC  8)

I would say it has a few good moments on it. I only heard it a couple of times now. But would happily spend more time with it, getting to know it better
