Some Days might not be a masterpiece but it’s got a vibe.

Voting Numb. Glad it exists but it’s the one I’d be least excited for if it popped up on a playlist.

The Wanderer. If Bono had sung it it would probably be my fav, but as it stands it's not really a U2 song (at least to my ears). My Zooropa playlist has the live version from 2004 with a cleaned-up intro.
Listen as Hope and Peace try to rhyme,
Listen over marching bands playing out their time.

I like the version they did at his tribute show.

Some Days. Still a good little song that fits the album.

Shout out to the lyric:
"Your skin is white but you think you're a brother, some days are better than others"

Actually their only album I can listen to these days without any skips or tweaks to the playlist….

Tell you what I’ll do. Have a long flight back home on Monday, so I will download the album on my tablet and I’ll listen to it (haven’t done that in a while, for any of their albums) and if there’s the slightest whiff of me maybe wanting to skip a song, the vote will come in.

The song I’m most likely to skip : Stay.

It’s a well crafted song, but I find it too sugary. A bit like Wild Horses. Probably overplayed too, especially since I don’t like the acoustic version they play on stage most of the time.

Also, I’m not sure it really fits the mood of the album.
A dangerous idea that almost makes sense...
