Roger Daltrey - One of the Good Guys in Music

Roger Daltrey of the Who stepped down as curator of Teenage Cancer Trust after last weeks shows at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Daltrey helped set up the Trust and for 24 years led the annual charity concerts in London. In total he helped raise over 34 million q and build 26 cancer wards. This year he was joined by his band the Who for 2 shows and also another show with Robert Plant, Eddie Vedder and others.

One of the good guys in the music industry. Kudos Mr. Daltrey.

Although I don’t agree with some of his political views, i have to give him props for his charity work.

Also, he’s a fervent Gooner.  8)
