Twilight on the Boston 2005 show DVD is really good, with Bono doing hand signals with a young lad in the crowd.

Intriguing.

Never saw the full show, just a few songs. Didnít know they performed that.

Will DEFINITELY be checking it out.

Wow! Two U2 songs tallied for 2024!

It was Into the Heart I believe, no ?
A dangerous idea that almost makes sense...

I voted SFB because I think itís brilliant and doesnít get much attention. Even the SOS version is great.

For years I would have voted Twilight. Nice dynamic and many great live versions out there.

ATAP could fit the bill too.

Ocean - a nice deft touch on what is largely a pretty ham fisted record (understandable it is ham fisted as they are still kids)
Since 1995.....

Twilight is great.

I am unaware of any other album, by any band, which tackles the topic of adolescence while the artists themselves were more or less still in that phase of life, and does not come across as either cloyingly cringe (usually the female version) or a bunch of Limp Bizkit-esque bravado (the male version). Boy is a singular accomplishment.
