Beer - Heineken generally, summer time I can do Corona if I want a lighter beer

Typical drink of choice - Gin and Tonic

As a native american i tend to stay away from liquor.  It has been some time since i have had either a Corona or Heineken but i used to enjoy them back in my younger days.

Yesterday I had a West Coast IPA (west coast is a style) after a 10K run.  Delicious.  So good in fact, I had 2.  The missus had a tequila cocktail.

Typically we are drinking wine at home.

97.3% of my alcoholic intake comes from red wine. So unless you drink rosé (which would not surprise me), we’re cool.

My Dad is a big red wine guy,even used to make it himself. Last week he gave my a bottle of Portuguese red. He was in the US at a Costco and it was $10 a bottle. He knew it was a good wine and later saw it an another store for $40 a bottle. A few weeks back my wife and I opened an Italian Red I had saved for a bit that was about $120 and it was very nice, but I think the $10 bottle my Dad gave me was better.

I love a good rosé, especially from the south of France.  Provence is king.

Wines from Portugal offer the best value when it comes to Europe. Spain is also very good in that regard.

I rarely pay more than 20$ for a bottle and will try wines from all regions worldwide.

Your province makes one of the best wines in North America, Osoyoos Larose.

No we’re still cool. Provence is indeed king for rosé. I was there last year and had the chance to drink some that were quite pleasant. Really a summer drink for me.
