U2 Rattle & Hum

Hi All,

I have recently purchased Rattle & Hum 2 LP vinyl. I have noticed after playing for the first time the centre labels on the vinyls are correct, however, something must have gone wrong when pressing as the 2nd record, side 3 has the same songs as the 1st record side 1.

Questions: is this a common occurrence? if not, does anyone know its worth?

I have not heard of this. You should return it from where you bought it. Sorry to hear you got an erroneous pressing. But it’s worthless without All I Want Is You, so return it and get another one!

This sounds like it's possibly a collectors item, but I don't know....

Demand they remove the hideous string section that ruins AIWIY. A song, strings notwithstanding, so good, it feels like a timeless Sinatra number.

Then ask for a repress.

I haven't heard of this, so it's most likely just an error. As stated above, it could be a collector's item, as it's an incorrect pressing. I bought an old copy years ago and mine is fine, so you probably just got a fluke.
