Isolated Vocals and Music Tracks

A thread to list isolated vocals and instruments.

Start it with one of the best singers in rock history, Bruce Dickinson. Here is 1983's Flight of Icarus. You can hear the operatic quality he brings and how he can hold and extend notes. He holds the end "fly" for about a 1/4 of a minute. Great performance here.

Keith Moon of the Who - The Real Me

Nobody is like Moon. The most exciting drummer of all time. Noel Gallagher called him the Jimi Hendrix of the drums, and he's right. This is really cool.

About that… I downloaded a free app called Moises. It’s not the best but it’s free.
It allows you to isolate stems from a track. The free setting divides the song in : vocals / drums / bass / others

I’ve used it for a few tracks. It’s not perfect but it works.

Maybe my favorite vocal ever. You can't always hear emotion/passion/pain in a singers voice but Bono has it in spades.
