U2 is my favorite band- but it's this kind of pretentious bullshit that makes me embarrassed for them.  The stoopid sequence of 'celebrities' reading their lyrics was just atrocious, and Penn giving a speech is laughable.  And why is Borat there other than the fact their politics are the same?  Don't understand why the band craves accolades like this.

It’s pretty common Shank. Led Zeppelin, Paul McCartney, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, and many others have received it.
