Average studio songs that work very well live

The game is simple : name a song that you donít particularly like on an album or b-side but you think works very well live.

The song that gave me the idea for this post :

A Day Without Me
A dangerous idea that almost makes sense...

The only song I can think of that fits this category is Elevation.

Needs a fairly decent time machine to recall live performances of that number mind!

The only song I can think of that fits this category is Elevation.

Arguably the best example when considering songs that have been staples across several tours in particular.

I really donít like it as a song but I had to admit it rocked as an opener on elevation

New York

Iíd never list it as a favorite but within an Elevation Tour set list it worked really well.

For me, New York comes second to In a Little While in terms of ATYCLB songs with the most potential. Haven't heard it in some time, but I recall Boston version sounding much better than the dry, passionless studio recording.

Interesting choice. Iím not sure either truly take off after the first minute or so. Great intro though.
