This list may not be complete but which U2 studio cover is your favourite, and why?

I voted for Night and Day which should have been on the soundtrack to the erotic thriller, Nine and a Half Weeks...

You forgot Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen. ;D

Kidding aside, I went with Dancing Barefoot. I've just always thought that cover was sick.
Listen as Hope and Peace try to rhyme,
Listen over marching bands playing out their time.

Well, okay.

From your list of studio recordings, I like I've Got You Under My Skin the best, though I don't think it's a U2 cover? I think just a Bono duet - but of course it made the b-side, thus there was some deal allowing it under the U2 umbrella.

If we extend to live versions, I really liked Satelitte of Love on the Zoo TV tour, which was a standout to me when I saw it. However, the studio recording didn't quite hit the groove imho.

For covers not included on the list, I am quite fond of Father Christmas.

And if we allow solo covers, I am rather enamored with That's Life, and will go as far as to say that Bono's take on the song is the best of all I've heard, that he perfectly inhabited the character in the song.

Voted Night and Day.

But had Tower of Song been in the choices, I would have picked it.

Well, I suppose the Sinatra tune is simultaneously a duet and a cover version. Shall we extend my poll even further and include cover versions by various family members?

Surprised myself in voting for Everlasting Love.  Probably because it's the one from the list I remember hearing first.  I also like a number of the other songs in their original versions.  I've Got You Under My Skin is likely my favourite.  I think it being Bono instead of U2 is why my vote didn't go there though.
