A suggestion for the boys

I was reading all the coronavirus stuff in the forum; shutdowns, testing, confinement, political shit, Aussies letting everyone in (the fucking bastards!), etc... and then I got to the NUMB thread and then another one that An tha posted about a band doing a piece with each member in their own home.

Got me thinking that now would be a good time for our boys to release a new mix & video for NUMB with each guy in his own house and maybe some adapted lyrics.

I think this could be huge.

(and yes, I just opened the second bottle of wine and the missus had only one glass, so bear with me, I’m a bit tipsy...  )

By the time they have rehearsed it for months, then recorded it and re-recorded it 253 times and then edited it 129 times, by 32 different producers the coronavirus will be about as relevant as u2 are....

No, no, no. It’s the perfect song for this kind of project! Just a beat machine, some basic bass by Adam, a little tambourine by Larry, Edge on vocals, and the B man pretending to play guitar.

Seriously, I wish they had the instinct to do sometime like this.

I think it's a great idea...I really do. It actually made me smile, and that's not an easy feat these days.
