New album announced! This has made my day because I'm going through a big Dylan phase at the moment.
I've started to appreciate him more recently.
It comes in waves with me, each one stronger than the last. It started about 10 years ago when I bought Modern Times (an usual way to get into his studio albums!) Then I got Blood On The Tracks (which remains my favourite). There was a long gap but I now have 7 albums and if I get this one, will own Dylan stuff from the 60's, 70's, 90's, 00's and 20's which is astonishing.
The only downer is I've never seen him live. There has been a lot of negative reaction from his audience in recent years due to his shows being somewhat temperamental and him barely having a singing voice left. I'm very conflicted about whether to see this legend or leave his legend alone and stick to his studio work.
