I feel your pain. My kids have literally never seen the Lakers win the NBA championship. No fan should have to wait that long, but hey, patience builds character.

Interesting strategy  ;). I have not planned a lot that day. I hope the boxset will arrive early. At least before 15.00, I have to work from 17.00 till 23.00 and my family is not going to appreciate when I listen to it after that. The saturday is a bit more busy, but I'll try to get some spare time between 13.00 and 17.00. Otherwise the first play will be sunday. I hope it'll be friday  ;)

I'm with you there.

How discouraging it must be to endure this pessimism for ~15 years. I can't imagine feeling so apathetic towards future releases for so long.

Nothing we've heard thus far is encouraging, and I fully expect for SOE to be down near the bottom of my rankings. I doubt that it could possibly be as horrid as HTDAAB... but U2 have surprised us before...

I only got really into U2 in March 2014 so this is the longest I've waited since becoming an ultra-fan.
