December is the most interesting tribute act I have ever seen. Here's an article about them, but I strongly suggest their youtube channel. They have even written their own original material dedicated to U2, and visited Dublin to film U2-themed videos. Their cover of "I fall down" is particularly great.

I like what I have heard, but it's short of love because the singer overdoes the vocal fry.

Imho. Great instrumentals, great arrangements.

IFD is indeed their best.

A band who have a song in their cannon called "Kenneth Mathieson Dalglish" is alright in my book.

That man is my hero and pretty much the only person on this planet I was or could have been starstruck to meet.

Yeah, it's always been Dalglish first, U2 second in terms of heroes for us....almost met him once.....and the major achievement for us in a lifetime of being an obscure indie band is that the song is occasionally played at Anfield before games. Glad to meet a fellow Dalglish fan on here.

we do our best lol - we have bumped into Smee a bit on FB and he has been good to us! Occasionally feels like you're taking your life in your hands doing a U2 song so always good when folk receive it well...

I am a born and bred Scouser and LFC supporter (season ticket holder for many years) and The King is (even now I am an old man) my absolute number 1 hero!!

When we bought our lad his first Liverpool shirt it of course had the number 7 on it.

The banner says it all!
