The Edge: “[Eno] would love to see us making albums a bit more like [Zooropa]. Where we go, ‘You know what? We’re not going to second-guess any of this. Let’s just go for it.’”

U2 Fans: We'd all love to see that, Edge.

And now, after that, I would like to see Ireland win...that should have spurred them on a bit.
Even though I should be rooting for England...this is a great excuse to hope England get beat without Brexit being the reason.

I think that Bono's love of rugby was evident when he was at Twickenham for Joshua Tree in 2017.  There was just something about one or two things he said about 'hallowed turf' at Twickers, that made me think that he genuinely was thrilled to be playing the stadium.
One love, One blood, One life;
You got to do what you should.
One life; With each other
Sisters, Brothers
One life; But we're not the same
We get to carry each other, Carry each other

By local, I mean wherever they are playing a gig. Chicago is a "beautiful city," Netherlands "gave us more time and more attention in the beginning than even our own country, we thank you," etc.

You guys are all so cynical. We Irish are a global diaspora, but we still love the boys in green. #COYBIG take home the triple crown on Sunday. Banjax that chariot!

I wonder if he talked about paying taxes in Ireland.....

"Trump supporters are fucking morons"
“Albums still matter,” he said to the crowd of pop star and music luminaries. “Like books and black lives"

They moved a company offshore to the Netherlands.  U2 and the Rolling Stones use the same financial adviser, who is a director of their respective companies.

Nothing wrong with that. One of my favourite moments of the Slane castle DVD was Bono kicking a ball in the crowd in reference to a famous Irish football goal.

We all know. Doesn’t mean Bono doesn’t pay taxes in ireland. He remains domiciled in ireland for personal income tax purposes. Ireland’s property tax registry confirms this.

All irish people remember this day - sadly these days we don’t have many great football moments to remember, we are a rugby nation now.

I assumed JTBaby was referring U2 not paying taxes in Ireland.  U2 are depriving Ireland of tax revenue.  This is money the government can't spend on international aid.

And what does Ireland's property tax registry show, which people pay property tax?
