This is an excellent way to rank the albums.  Our forum seems to differ from music critics in our affinity for pop and rh.

I think the 2000s albums are properly ordered.

Sublte differences aside as you mention, zero - i think our list so to speak is not all that far off what you'd see from most critics.

I recently posted some sources in another thread that aggregated loads of critics lists and fans lists - which made for a decent read.

Bomb as it has here Bombed.

The 00's and 10's records also perform really badly generally.

I'll see if can find them.

I’m glad SOI came out as the best of the 00s.   It’s the most consistent record and has aged well.  I probably helped get it over nloth with my votes.

Good to see SOI ahead of SOE as well. Always thought it was better & a late career classic.

SOE had a couple more songs. Suspect that was to negate the other songs not being as good. But good that SOE was only a 3 year wait.

Always liked Bomb.

However my bomb had the fun 'Fast Cars' & the epic 'Electrical Storm' and 'The Hands that built America'. Of course 'Yahwah' has been removed.

It came within 2 votes of winning and 1 vote of drawing in two matches.

I like 'a man and a woman',  something tells me u2 wouldn't have the balls to release a song like that now.
