Why is there one vote more for every poll than the number of members voted?

Does this mean that someone who's recently deleted an account and then opened a new account has voted twice?

I would say that if the member has left, the vote still shows, but the member count drops.

That's what I think we figured out, erm, last time this came up.

Was that when DB Cooper left our ranks?

Some guy jumped out of a plane. Think he's "wanted" by the authorities. Seen him?
