Even by the middling standards of '80s hair metal, BJ were always shit. Maybe 3 great songs over their entire career, tops. Thing is, there were hardly any good ones. Either great or crap, almost nothing in between. As for their live shows...some friends took me to see BJ back in '95. Watched them sleepwalk through You Give Love A Bad Name and Living On A Prayer to start the show, and that was enough for me to just view them with contempt pretty much from then on. No excuse for any band not suffering from illness to go out there and dog it like that. Pathetic.
