Any rumors on a Joshua Tree 2017 dvd? I'd like to see it from somewhere other than the nosebleeds!

Hopefully before May to get people excited about EI. But i dont know since they've released the last 2 in June.

Is there gonna be a dvd ? Hope it's not one of the  Mexican shows cos that stadium was just weird... Hopefully it's one of the Brazil shows

I think a DVD would just showcase how bad they've gotten in relation to their previous amazingness live. Still great at times, but very very shoddy compared to the heights of 80s,90s, early 00s. Downhill since. 360 tour DVD is grating. I&E is hard to watch. BBC live was a shock that is was so good. Stripped back perhaps we'll get another big release, but I doubt we'll see any JT30 release.

For post 2000s, slane castle is my favorite. Then it's 360, then IE for me. Vertigo is my least favorite concert to watch, mostly because of Bonos voice. IE i find kind of boring to watch on DVD even though it is one of their best shows.

Slane still remains my favorite, though Mexico City is up there too. I found the I+E release to be hit-or-miss, with the first half being strong and the second half feeling messy. Too many speeches and themes are running through it and it never quite gels the way the others do.

The onlt reason why I ever watch 360 or I&E is because their in Blu Ray. My favorite concert DVD is a unofficial release, Zootv Live from Stockholm.
