215 Lbs of 6'1 Rugby frame. 15% BMI so could stand to lose 10 LBs, but definitely not a fattie here!

Hahaha- new kind of poll. i will say i could probably lose 10 lbs but i am voting that i am not fat since i think of myself as in-shape as i can currently run a half-marathon and multiple sub six minute miles.
If i can cut out my weekend wine, those 10 lbs would probably go...

6'1"

15st 6lbs, which is 216lbs for you Americans.

To be fair i am naturally quite slim, but ale has seen me put on a fair bit of timber round the middle especially...i could probably drop a stone (14lbs) but i like my scran and ale too much.

I'm putting myself down as a fatty, but a happy enough one!!  8)

Sub six minute mile - you got me beat! My last mile was 7.15 - still not bad for a 48 year old, but nowhere near your time.

An Tha, you're the exact same height and weight as me, but you consider yourself fat and I don't consider myself fat, so either you have a negative body image or I have too positive a self-assessment. :-)

When I ran track in university i did 4:02 mile and 1:50 half- but that was many years and beers ago...
7:15 at 48 is a great time.  On my runs now, unless i'm trying to do a speed workout, i start off at 8 minute pace and slowly increase the speed.
