Instrumental One Step Closer...just beautiful. If I remember right, Wook found this for me awhile back...I miss our Wookiee.

Excellent choice. I'd pair it with a well aged pinot noir!
I used it as my exercise warm-up song this morning, except that outside, under the stars at 4am, while this song was on all I did was look at the sky and sigh a lot.

Someone on the other forum posted a video of U2 at Self Aid.  Wow, the hotness of Bono at that stage!

I've been listening to ATYCLB in the car this week. As I was heading to work this morning I just happened to see flashing lights on an emergency vehicle right as the opening chimes of POE began. I have to admit that they synched up really well and made me think of the urgency of the song. I'm sure the band didn't intend to make you think of flashing lights at the start of the song (even though it is technically about a bombing) but it definitely made me look at the tune in a different way.

Self-Aid reflected U2 at its most confident self, and this cover of Dylan's Maggie's Farm totally rocked.

I renamed the thread "a U2 song a day" to more closely mirror the song a day thread
