I think they would each get their own

Bono, Extra cheese Meat Lovers
Edge thin crust garlic basil spinach
Adam Cheese Pizza
Larry Pepperoni with onion and peppers

With the new clean living U2 these days, I suspect it would be an ultra thin gluten-free crust, with a drop of olive oil, decorated with a sprig of lettuce leaf.
