He got some kind of termite killer shit and put it all around the outside of the house, after digging little trenches. Do you know he does everything himself...never hires anyone to do anything?

Yes, he does. And, he's very handy...he can do everything, and do it well. May I say that the reason for this is that he is so very anal?
