Does this picture really have any validity, though? This obviously wasn't officially issued by U2.

U2 Songs has been reliable in the past with some of their rumors. So it could end up being true, but I'd take it with a grain of salt for now.

People are speculating whether "nationwide" means they'll only announce USA tour dates. I think GOOYOW will be released next Friday, the 27th. Also worth noting they're calling it the next single.

It's too soon for a new single, cmon u2... Best Thing literally came out last month

And it literally sort of flopped last month (on the charts, anyway) so GOOYOW is their next attempt at a pop hit.

Cool!  A 2018 tour though...better do some extra work now to have some spending cash.

Interscope seems very pleased since they noted it made #20 on Shazam!
The reality is they're U2. Any attempt to break into the pop hits will be dismissed by the masses. Sure they'll get a few likes and thumbs up, but at this age, anything they put out to the world isn't that big of a deal.

Sounds legit to me. Not long now in fairness! GOOYOW next week then a month til the rest.

Maybe they’ll kick off a tour around May or June and go right up til November ‘18, mirroring the i+e schedule.

That is true and I wish some people (*cough* U2 *cough*) would realize this and just stop trying to make hit music. Make creative music again.

Nationwide huh? So they'll start in Perth and play Adelaide, Darwin, Brisbane, Cairns, Hobart, Townsville, Broken Hill, Alice Springs, Lightning Ridge, Wagga Wagga, Geelong, Sydney, Melbourne, Launceston, Bendigo, Newcastle and of course Broome.

At the very least the tour will also be in Europe. I hope it goes to he places it hasn't been to in ages. But I also wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't go to Australia. I think the elevation tour was strictly Europe and USA. I doubt the tour goes to SA

Maybe in the eyes of U2, the world is one big nation (only that we don't always get on together)? *hopes in vain*
