I saw Gloria live. Even if I never see the band live again, at least I saw Gloria live. :)

Good to see they found a home for one of the claws, although it is a bit of a monstrosity.

I'm geeking out, I moved to SLC last year. I love that we're getting the Claw. Little perplexed as to how it relates to the aquarium, but still.

i appreciated this. very clever

but yea they should have dismantled it and scrapped it. that UGLY UGLY thing is the nadir of U2's touring stages. i mean really, what in gods name was the point of it? sure didn't look like any spaceship i've ever seen, Willie Williams....

I think it's awesome. The Claw is a fond memory for me as it represents the first U2 shows I attended.

what's it got to do with anything though? all their tours except this one have utilized the stage/production to compliment and evoke the feel of the album or themes. 360 was just..........wtf?

i mean the CLAW was awful, not the "honeycomb" screen or the steering wheel mic etc.

I think the claw is cool. Although, it wasn't really 360 degrees.

Aren't there three or four claws out there somewhere?  I'm seeing potential for an amazing scene in the next PAcific Rim film.
