10. So glad I got to see it live at JT30. Really wish I'd been there for the original JT tour.

9. A reminder that U2 were more than capable of writing songs about dark subject matter well before the 1990s.

I'd have liked it a lot more during the first 20 years of it's existence if you could actually hear the bloody thing on the sound medium of your choice, without having to turn the volume all the way up.
I saw Gloria live. Even if I never see the band live again, at least I saw Gloria live. :)

10 Huge fan of it it and the live version on the last tour was incredible. Absolute apocalyptic mayhem like Until the End of the World!

Probably my least favorite on the album but still a solid tune.

8/10

One of U2's greatest 80s cuts. Phenomenal intensity backed by some depraved lyricism (in the best way possible).

Strong cut from a strong album - I've always loved side 2 of TJT.  I give it 8.

10. Fantastic on record, a-flipping-mazing live. I can't believe I got to see it in person for the anniversary tour. Easily the highlight of the night.

Great little cinematic piece. 10. This and Bullet are the kind of things I could have stood more of.
