I don't mind it much. It was nice to have a new U2 song between proper albums. I like it better than "Hands Across America" um, I mean "Hands that Built America."
I HATE however that U2 released a 2nd Best of for a decade that had just ended. The 1980 to 1990 one came out in 1998, that gave it at least 8 years to simmer and see what held up quality-wise. Then they fecked around with Pop tracks and a "Best of" version of Mysterious Ways and released it with only 2 years minimum for it to simmer, and they resorted to revisionist history.
But back to the song. It's ok. Slightly better than meh.
