I second the exercise thing. I stopped for a couple of months since my life was undergoing major changes. Just restarted again a few days ago. Lost so much progress. But the way I’m looking at it is that was progress I was able to make before, so I’ll make it again. Can’t wait for it to feel good again, because it feels like shit right now.

I found this thread while looking for solutions to manage mental health and I wanted to share what worked for me. I had been struggling with anxiety for a long time, especially in social situations. I often backed out at the last minute because I felt overwhelmed. After trying the cannabis-based mental health treatment, I noticed an improvement. It didn't eliminate the anxiety completely, but it made it much easier to manage.
Vigorous exercise pulled me out of the worst anxiety of my life.  Releases natural endorphins.  I shoveled snow today and was reminded of that.

Absolutely, whilst allowing yourself to fully absorb the sights, the sounds and the smells of nature. Works a treat for me.
I enjoy my exercising too....press ups, squats, Ab crunches. Press ups are my fave.....targetting those chest muscles feels great.
Tuesdays, i get out on my bike usually (while my son, who i am carer for, is at College for the morning). Didnt make it today. No biggie, im not allowing myself to beat me up over it. it is what it is.
In the garden I was playing the tart
I kissed your lips and broke your heart
You
You were acting like it was the end of the world
