In Bono’s defence it was in between tours. He can eat all the hors d'oeuvres and party pies he wants!

They played in town on my birthday once.

It's just a shame it was my 8th birthday, and I'd never heard of them.
So they never popped by for sandwiches and crisps followed by jelly and ice cream...oh well, the invite is still there lads!
Would love them to play on my birthday again (wouldn't we all).

I still have trouble stomaching them playing AMAAW for Hillary and Bill.   I love that song
