U2 Got Screwed By Grammys

Grammy's shmmammys, they really don't carry much weight anymore, if they ever really did.  But thought this might be fun.  Of the 24 nominations U2 received, but did not win, which 3 do you think they were most screwed.

Eeryone who voted picked AB album of the year. It totally deserved that, yet some albums that also deserved that were up against it that year. What a year.

I picked Found for song of the year because it really was the song of the year. Everyone was listening to it. It was a large part of 1987.

I also picked ATYCLB for album of the year for the same reason - it was a big part of that year's culture.

ISHFWILF - i picked record of the year.  I don't even know the difference between song and record of the year.  And i am too lazy to look it up.

I think it has to do with the difference between songwriting and performance/production or something. But I could be wrong.

No, you’re right.

Song of the year => songwriter

Record of the year => performer and producer/engineer
